Travel Consultant – Customer Service & Booking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to join our team in Kozhikode. In this role you will manage end‑to‑end travel requests, from flight bookings to visa assistance and basic holiday planning, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa documentation, processing and related inquiries.
• Handle flight ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations and refunds using GDS platforms.
• Support customers in selecting and costing holiday packages, including itinerary planning.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers to secure reservations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp with professional service.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a travel agency or related environment.
• Familiarity with GDS systems, preferably Amadeus or Galileo.
• Basic knowledge of visa procedures and international travel regulations.
• Understanding of domestic and international holiday packages.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
