Travel Agent – Schedule Change Specialist

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its fast‑paced customer service team. As a Travel Agent focused on schedule changes, you will handle a high volume of flight reservations and assist customers in modifying their itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Process at least 40 schedule‑change PNRs per day.
• Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries related to flight rescheduling.
• Check schedule‑change queues, contact airlines for alternate options, and confirm rebooked flights.
• Follow up with customers to present available re‑booking options and resolve misconnections.
• Report progress to the Team Lead and adapt to shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights.
• Self‑learning attitude and ability to take initiative.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
