About the role

As a Travel Advisor at Anecdotes, you will craft personalized travel experiences for clients exploring destinations across all seven continents. The role blends itinerary design, sales, and high‑level customer service to deliver seamless, memorable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design and research unique travel itineraries for global destinations.
• Curate and manage group tours, cruises, rail journeys, and custom trips.
• Handle all travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution from booking to on‑site support.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and service providers to guarantee a flawless travel experience.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in itinerary design and travel‑arrangement management.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or travel advisory roles.
• Strong sales background, preferably in hotel sales, travel products, or tours.
• Familiarity with cruises, rail journeys, luxury and boutique travel experiences.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• High attention to detail and strong operational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel‑related and customer‑management software tools (advantageous).
