Travel Administrator

About the role

Join Precisely’s global corporate travel team as a Travel Administrator, supporting employees worldwide while working US business hours from India. You will be the first point of contact for travel queries, ensuring a smooth booking experience and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employees with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and pre‑approval coordination.
• Process and review expense reports for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Administer the corporate T&E card program, tracking active cards and supporting card holders.
• Respond promptly to travel‑related questions and resolve booking or expense issues.
• Maintain records in Concur and Coupa platforms and ensure adherence to Precisely’s travel policy.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with a global employee base.
• Comfortable working US business hours from an Indian location.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools and continuously improve processes.

Required skills

• Experience with Concur travel and expense management platform.
• Familiarity with Coupa procurement system.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
