Travel Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Administrator to support Precisely’s global corporate travel program. Working US business hours from India, you will be the first point of contact for employees, handling travel bookings, itinerary changes, and expense management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employees with travel reservations, itinerary modifications, and pre‑approval coordination.
• Process and review travel & expense (T&E) reports for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Administer the corporate T&E card program, track active cards and support card holders.
• Respond promptly to travel‑related queries and resolve booking or expense issues.
• Operate primarily within Concur and Coupa platforms to ensure seamless travel operations.
• Utilize generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to improve efficiency and output quality.

Required profile

• Ability to work US business hours while based in India.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to policy compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with a global employee base.
• Comfortable adopting and evaluating AI‑generated outputs.
