Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator will report to the Facility Manager and ensure efficient, cost‑effective transport services for the client. You will manage vehicle scheduling, documentation, and a 24/7 transport helpdesk while collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee end‑to‑end transport coverage, ensuring each vehicle departs on time and logs start time and kilometre readings.
• Monitor staff boarding, pickup times, and verify that only rostered personnel are collected.
• Maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging, query handling, and incident reporting, including speeding and radio communications.
• Complete log books upon arrival at client sites, excluding excess mileage.
• Prepare work orders, assign unique reference numbers, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
• Coordinate with vendor supervisors and keep an up‑to‑date list of transport‑related phone numbers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across JLL to support transport operations at the client facility.

Required profile

• Graduate of any discipline.
• Three to five years of experience in transport management within a BPO environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to develop and monitor improvement programs.
• Demonstrated drive toward excellence and attention to detail.
