Transformation Project Manager – Global Programme

About the role

Foundever is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to lead initiatives within its Global Transformation Programme. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects that support the company’s continuous improvement and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of transformation and strategic projects.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive project plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Provide transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Promote best practices, capture lessons learned, and ensure compliance with Foundever policies.
• Support change‑management activities to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of project‑management experience, preferably in transformation or technology initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication abilities.
• Project‑management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Change‑management experience or certification is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
