Training Specialist – Last Mile Learning

About the role

Amazon’s Last Mile Learning team is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee competencies across the last‑mile operations network. The role supports both new‑hire onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, helping associates meet Amazon’s core performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and report on structured learning metrics for assigned territories.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end and drive improvement projects.
• Conduct classroom and digital learning sessions on new processes, BQM, and ITL requirements.
• Develop and deliver continuous learning courses and ensure timely completion of new‑hire training.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify, certify, and coach learning coaches within the region.
• Track daily business metrics, visit mapped stations, and provide regular progress updates.
• Facilitate chime sessions and other stakeholder training events.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis, assessing performance gaps, and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel for business requirements and work on‑site with operational teams.
