About the role
The Training Manager will lead the design and delivery of learning programs for Field Sales Leaders (FSL) and Unit Sales Managers (USM) across the Muzaffarpur region. The role focuses on enhancing recruitment and selling skills through structured induction, periodic workshops and product refreshers to boost territorial productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Implement a regional training architecture that aligns learning initiatives with performance goals.
- Publish and manage a monthly training calendar for all branches, covering selling skills, product updates and regulatory changes.
- Maintain strong coordination with the sales hierarchy to ensure execution of learning activities and follow‑up.
- Promote the use of sales tools and aids, and lead critical events such as new product launches.
- Design and deliver region‑specific learning interventions that address local challenges and capture opportunities.
- Support seasonal business drives through targeted training initiatives.
- Measure and report on productivity impact resulting from training programs.
- Oversee training administration, including planning, record‑keeping and expense management.
Required profile
- Proven ability to manage training across multiple branches and a large team of existing and new hires.
- Experience engaging non‑payroll advisors and securing their participation in training sessions.
- Capability to operate in a geographically dispersed environment with limited training infrastructure.
