Training Manager – Home Cleaning Services

About the role

Urban Company is looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead all training initiatives for its home cleaning professionals in designated cities. You will ensure that partners deliver high‑quality, standardized cleaning services that meet the company’s promise of a delightful customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve training curricula for cleaning service partners.
• Deliver hands‑on technical and behavioral training on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistent delivery across locations.
• Monitor training effectiveness, analyse performance data and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices for blue‑collar workforce development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development within top‑tier hotels, facility management or startups.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing trainer teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
