Training Coordinator – Language & Operations Bridge

About the role

The Training Coordinator (Language & Operations Bridge) will act as a vital link between German‑speaking process owners and local teams within Deutsche Post's Post & Parcel division. You will support knowledge transfer, ensure clear communication, and deepen your operational expertise across multiple workflows while traveling throughout Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between German‑speaking process owners and local teams during trainings and operational activities.
• Provide real‑time German‑English language support during training sessions, workshops, and daily operations.
• Assist the trainer in preparing, adapting, and localising training materials as needed.
• Contribute to operational projects, including the development and implementation of continuous improvement measures.
• Act as a quality advisor and sparring partner for team leads and members to resolve process challenges.
• Rotate through various Post & Parcel workflows to build cross‑functional operational expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 + years of professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience with continuous improvement processes.
