Training and Development Manager

About the role

TripJack is seeking a seasoned Training and Development Manager to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs for its Sales, Travel, Product, and Operations teams. You will lead end‑to‑end training initiatives that enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and process compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs covering sales, product, and process topics for travel, sales, and operations staff.
• Develop and deliver product training modules that keep teams up‑to‑date on TripJack’s B2B travel offerings.
• Own process training, ensuring new hires and existing employees follow SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
• Introduce innovative learning methods such as gamification, role‑plays, simulations, and blended digital learning.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis, create an annual training calendar, and align initiatives with business goals.
• Measure training impact through assessments, feedback, and ROI metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders to identify skill gaps and tailor interventions.
• Manage and mentor a training team while remaining hands‑on in content creation and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Training & Development, with a strong focus on sales training.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of GDS platforms: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
