About the role
The Trainee Teacher supports the Homeroom Teacher in daily classroom operations, gaining hands‑on experience in classroom management, student engagement and administrative tasks. This role offers a practical pathway into a teaching career while contributing to a smooth‑running learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Homeroom Teacher in managing classroom activities and student behaviour.
- Help with grading assignments and providing feedback to students.
- Maintain and update student diaries for parent communication.
- Organise and refresh classroom displays and visual aids.
- Support and lead students during activity‑based lessons.
- Supervise students during breaks, transitions and in the Homeroom Teacher’s absence.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Effective classroom management abilities.
- Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Graduate degree (minimum).
