About the role

The Trainee Screener apprenticeship offers recent graduates an entry‑level opportunity to work in security screening. Based in Navi Mumbai, the role involves rotating shifts to ensure continuous coverage of screening operations. The trainee will receive on‑the‑job training, learn to operate screening equipment, and develop an understanding of security best practices while supporting a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform security screening of personnel, visitors, and goods according to established protocols.
• Monitor screening equipment, conduct routine checks, and report any anomalies.
• Maintain accurate logs of screened individuals, incidents, and equipment status.
• Assist senior security staff in handling escalated situations and crowd management during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company policies.
• Participate in regular shift handovers, briefings, and continuous improvement meetings.
