Traffic Incharge – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Traffic Incharge will oversee daily vehicle movements and dispatch operations for GoBOLT’s logistics network in Prayagraj. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures timely deliveries, optimal fleet utilization, and smooth coordination between drivers, vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily vehicle routes and schedules.
• Coordinate dispatch, routing and driver assignments to meet delivery timelines.
• Track fleet utilization and trip status throughout the day.
• Resolve on‑ground issues such as route delays, breakdowns, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate transport records and support compliance with safety and company policies.
• Provide regular status updates to operations and other internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong operational and coordination abilities, especially in route planning and dispatch management.
• Attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions in time‑sensitive situations.
• Good communication skills for interacting with drivers, vendors and internal teams.
• Understanding of road transport regulations, safety practices and related documentation.
• Prior experience in transport, logistics or traffic control roles is preferred.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; a degree in logistics, supply chain or related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site and manage rotational or extended hours as required.
