About the role
RKV Cargo Movers Pvt Ltd is seeking a Traffic Executive to plan, allocate and monitor vehicles across India. The role ensures timely dispatch, tracks movements and coordinates with drivers and clients to maintain smooth logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and allocate vehicles according to daily requirements.
- Assign vehicles to drivers and designated routes.
- Ensure vehicles report at the pickup/dispatch point on time.
- Track vehicle movement and placement status.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding reporting time and location.
- Arrange replacement vehicles in case of breakdown or absence.
- Maintain vehicle placement and trip records.
- Coordinate with clients/customers regarding vehicle requirements.
- Monitor delays, cancellations, and route changes.
- Ensure vehicles are available as per the scheduled duty plan.
- Prepare daily vehicle placement reports for management.
