B2B Operations Executive – Marketplace Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented B2B Operations Executive to own end‑to‑end marketplace fulfillment across Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. You will ensure smooth replenishment, timely dispatch and optimal inventory availability while coordinating with warehouse and courier partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly shipments based on sales, inventory and marketplace requirements.
• Ensure order fulfillment within the TAT/SLA norms defined by each marketplace.
• Manage Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF and Myntra SJIT replenishment, inventory availability and stock‑out risks.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for shipment preparation, labeling and dispatch.
• Handle marketplace appointments, inwarding and shipment movement.
• Track order pipeline – pending, processed, dispatched and delayed orders.
• Liaise with courier partners, transporters and marketplace teams to resolve delays.
• Monitor inventory movement and trigger timely replenishment of fast‑moving SKUs.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation such as invoices, e‑way bills and labels.
• Prepare daily shipment tracking, pending inward, TAT/SLA adherence and inventory reports.
• Flag and proactively escalate SLA breaches or fulfillment risks.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in marketplace logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF and Myntra SJIT preferred.
• Working knowledge of marketplace TAT/SLA norms and order fulfillment cycles.
• Strong understanding of shipment planning, replenishment and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ERP / WMS systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
