About the role

We are seeking a Traceability Business Analyst to support finance control functions within Capco’s consulting practice in India. The role will focus on designing, implementing and overseeing controls related to SOX, operational risk and MREL regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

Manage and apply controls across the finance function, including SOX and operational risk frameworks.
Design, implement and document new control processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct data and process analysis to support traceability and reporting requirements.
Participate in change and transformation programmes, driving continuous improvement.
Document and evidence controls for regulatory reporting, particularly MREL expectations.

Required profile

Chartered Accountant with an audit background.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage relationships.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data and process analysis.
Self‑motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
