TPM Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The TPM Manager will lead Total Productive Maintenance initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, driving proactive maintenance, high equipment availability and continuous improvement. Reporting to senior plant leadership, the role combines hands‑on shop‑floor engagement with data‑driven performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement TPM pillars – autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance and focused improvement – with cross‑functional teams.
• Define, track and analyse KPIs such as OEE, MTTR and MTBF to achieve 95%+ equipment availability.
• Train and certify shop‑floor operators on TPM fundamentals, 5S and visual management.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and root‑cause analysis (5‑Why, Fishbone, Pareto) to reduce breakdowns.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers and Engineering to align TPM strategy with production targets and capital upgrade plans.
• Build and maintain TPM audit systems, scorecards and digital dashboards to monitor compliance, progress and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in TPM or similar maintenance improvement roles within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver measurable reliability improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPI dashboards and data‑driven decision making.
