About the role

Navkar Travels Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Tour Consultant to join its Mumbai office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design, organise and oversee guided tours while delivering high‑quality advice and support to clients throughout their travel journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate customised tour itineraries for individual and group clients.
• Manage bookings, reservations and logistics using travel booking platforms.
• Provide expert travel consultations, answering client inquiries and offering destination recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after trips.
• Resolve issues promptly and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting, tourism or related fields.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and solve problems creatively.
• Passion for travel and solid knowledge of popular destinations.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
