Tools Engineer L3

About the role

The Tools Engineer L3 will design, install, configure, and maintain PC and server operating systems, networks, and related utilities. You will ensure a secure environment, support web access and electronic messaging services, and provide infrastructure solutions that align with application needs and growth expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy new technologies and releases across the infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and test servers, operating systems, and networking components.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues reported by users.
• Maintain a secure systems environment and support web and messaging services.
• Provide infrastructure solutions based on application requirements and anticipated growth.
• Collaborate with clients and technical colleagues across functional areas.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in systems administration, server deployment, or related IT roles.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.
• Strong collaborative skills and the capacity to work across multiple functional teams.
