TMT Lawyer – Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

Trilegal is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Bangalore. The associate will work on a broad range of TMT matters, supporting both domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on data protection, privacy, and emerging technology regulations.
• Assist with AI, fintech, and digital payments projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Handle telecommunications licensing, spectrum issues, and related regulatory matters.
• Draft and negotiate media, content, and intellectual property transactions.
• Provide corporate and commercial advisory services within the TMT sector.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1 to 5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in TMT or related practice.
• Strong interest in technology, media, and telecommunications law.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
