Third Party Risk Management Analyst – Cyber PMO

About the role

The Cyber PMO team is looking for a specialist to drive third‑party risk management and support cybersecurity initiatives across Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad. You will work at the intersection of business analysis, project management and GRC to ensure cyber risk is embedded in strategy and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business, technology and security stakeholders to capture and document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, process maps).
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, manage RAID logs and produce executive dashboards.
• Own the end‑to‑end third‑party risk lifecycle: onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring and off‑boarding.
• Review supplier security questionnaires, control evidence and regulatory documentation; track remediation and risk treatment.
• Support governance frameworks, monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards and assist with audit activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, project management and third‑party risk management within a cybersecurity or technology environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, risk assessment methodologies and GRC processes.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and produce clear documentation.
