Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart in an assigned territory. You will ensure timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments while providing a superior customer experience and upholding the Blue Dart brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments within the designated territory according to schedule.
• Handle shipments safely, perform accurate scanning, and ensure proof‑of‑delivery compliance.
• Manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and obtain customer signatures.
• Coordinate with Shift In‑charge and branch operations teams to meet service commitments.
• Maintain records of collections, deliveries and any exceptions.

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
• Good communication skills and professional representation of the brand.

Required skills

• Proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
• Understanding of COD and POD processes.
