About the role
The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the face of Blue Dart on the ground, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Timely collection and delivery of shipments across the territory.
- Safe handling of parcels and adherence to operational procedures.
- Accurate scanning of shipments and compliance with proof‑of‑delivery (POD) requirements.
- Cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and proper documentation.
- Collaboration with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
Required profile
- Professional representation of the Blue Dart brand.
- Ability to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Willingness to work in the assigned territory and on shift schedules.
