Assistant Manager – Operations

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Operations will support the Area Operations Head in overseeing delivery and pick‑up services across the northern region. This role focuses on ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and smooth partner coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Service Centre operations, including delivery and pick‑up processes.
• Track SLA performance and monitor service quality metrics.
• Prepare operational MIS reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with partners and field teams for execution and issue resolution.
• Support partner activation, onboarding and go‑live activities.
• Maintain compliance with governance standards and operational policies.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations, last‑mile delivery coordination or vendor/partner management.
• Familiarity with the local geography of Jammu & Kashmir.
• Exposure to courier, express logistics, e‑commerce delivery or franchise‑based delivery models.
• Strong execution discipline, problem‑solving mindset and effective communication.
