Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
• Accurately scan shipments using handheld devices and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and obtain proof of delivery (POD) compliance.
• Coordinate with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures, including route planning and vehicle checks.
• Travel within the territory as required (approximately 25% of the time).

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
• Good physical stamina for handling shipments and traveling between locations.
• Clear communication skills in English (and local language as needed).
