Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for end‑to‑end handling of shipments within an assigned area. This includes both delivery and pickup operations, ensuring that parcels are processed accurately and reach customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then out‑scan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the correct address, obtain customer acknowledgment via a BYOD device, and update status codes for any undelivered items.
• Hand over cash‑on‑delivery amounts and undelivered shipments to the supervisor on the same day.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry field bags for all delivery points.
• Execute pickups following SOP, verify serviceable locations, count shipments, and record acknowledgments.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, perform rapid entry, and manage bagging and loading of canvas bags into the vehicle.
• Reach each location promptly to ensure timely connections.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for both delivery and pickup.
• Physical stamina to handle loading, unloading, and bagging of shipments.
• Basic numeracy for handling COD amounts and updating status codes.
• Good communication skills to obtain customer acknowledgments.

Required skills

• Scanning of shipments using handheld devices.
