Territory Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Territory Service Representative to manage the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned area. The role involves handling shipments from the vehicle to the customer, ensuring accurate documentation and timely collection of payments.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from delivery vehicles and scan each shipment.
• Outscan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver shipments to the correct address and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with correct undelivered status when necessary.
• Hand over undelivered shipments and cash‑on‑delivery amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations respecting cut‑off times.
• If serviceable, count shipments and obtain customer acknowledgment based on the count.
• Inscan shipments upon returning to the office, enter data into the system and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Ability to handle physical loading and unloading of parcels.
• Attention to detail for scanning and data entry.
• Strong customer service orientation to obtain acknowledgments.
• Reliability in meeting delivery schedules and cut‑off times.
• Basic numeracy for counting shipments and handling COD amounts.
