Territory Service Representative (Field Delivery)

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (TSR) will handle field delivery operations within a defined geographic area. This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring timely service delivery and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute field deliveries and service tasks across the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and service reports.
• Coordinate with the service centre to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies during field operations.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th grade (high school) pass.
• Age between 20 and 28 years.
• Preferably 1‑2 years of experience in a service centre or similar field role.
• Good knowledge of the local geography.
• Strong communication skills in the local language, Hindi, and English.

Required skills

• Possession of a two‑wheeler vehicle for field mobility.
• Valid driving licence.
• Basic computer proficiency.
