Bike Rider – Full-time Delivery (New Delhi)

About the role

The Bike Rider will join Tilak Associates in New Delhi to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods, packages, and documents. This full-time, on-site position focuses on efficient route planning, reliable service, and clear communication with the logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver items to designated locations across Delhi and NCR, adhering to scheduled time windows.
• Plan and optimise daily routes using local knowledge and a smartphone navigation app.
• Collect and hand over cash or receipts when required, maintaining accurate records.
• Perform routine checks and basic upkeep of the company-provided motorcycle.
• Report delivery status and any issues to the operations team promptly.

Required profile

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence with at least one year of riding experience.
• Strong familiarity with Delhi and NCR roads, traffic patterns and landmarks.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to handle extended riding periods.
• Basic communication skills for providing delivery updates and handling documents.

Required skills

• Motorcycle operation and maintenance basics.
• Proficiency with an Android smartphone and data plan for navigation and reporting.
