Territory Service Representative (Biker) – Delivery & Logistics

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (Biker) is responsible for end‑to‑end parcel handling within a defined area. You will load, transport, scan, and deliver shipments directly to customers while ensuring accurate documentation and cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then out‑scan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the exact address and capture customer acknowledgment using a BYOD device.
• Update status codes for any undelivered shipments and hand over COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Follow SOPs for timely pickups, verify serviceable locations, and record acknowledgments on pickup sheets.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, manage rapid entry, and handle bagging and loading of canvas bags into the vehicle.
• Maintain proper dress code, carry field bags, and ensure punctual arrival at each delivery point.

Required profile

• Physical ability to load and unload parcels and handle field equipment.
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliability in handling cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions.
• Good customer service attitude for obtaining acknowledgments.
