About the role
The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) based in Chembur will be responsible for managing a dedicated route, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments while growing the business with existing customers. This field‑based position combines customer service, logistics handling and sales development in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver shipments on schedule, maintaining shipment integrity.
- Maintain accurate connection of shipments collected from your assigned route.
- Develop and expand the territory by identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
- Continuously update product and operational knowledge and share competitive insights with the team.
Required profile
- Age between 19 and 28 years.
- Minimum education: SSLC / 10th pass.
- Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good knowledge of the local Chembur area.
- Basic English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Smartphone access for task management and communication.
Required skills
- Tech‑savvy with ability to use mobile applications for reporting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
