Territory Sales Manager - Network Expansion (Delhi-NCR)

About the role

Exponent Energy, which builds e^pump charging stations and e^pack battery packs for EVs, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to expand its EV charging network across Delhi-NCR. The role suits someone who understands the EV charging ecosystem, follows trends in metro real-estate rentals and turns on-ground opportunities into scalable growth in a target-driven, field-intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits and real-estate networks, and maintain a database of CPOs, commercial real-estate agents, landlords and municipal contractors
• Scout locations, understand area challenges and network urgency, and prepare PDCA plans to meet targets
• Identify local partners, source leads interested in hosting charging stations or buying chargers, and check locations against rent, power cost, demand charges and CAPEX benchmarks
• Coordinate with city operations and technical teams, and engage property owners following central SOPs
• Negotiate scope of work, tenure, rentals, security deposits and annual increments with landlords, and execute rental and service agreements
• Collect documents, apply for power connections, liaise with DISCOMs and manage vendors and contractors for approvals and meter energization
• Track EV policies, traffic regulations and tenders, and share insights with leadership
• Pay power and rental bills on time, maintain landlord and partner relationships, and coordinate with business, operations and finance teams

Required profile

• Proven experience, preferably 3-4 years, in sales or business development
• Ideal experience range of 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in EV, real estate, franchise scouting or expansion roles preferred
• Strong deal-closing capability and ownership of work
