Territory Manager – Advanced Wound Care (Mumbai)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for healthcare and a talent for building strategic relationships? Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager for its Advanced Wound Care portfolio in Mumbai. In this field‑based role you will promote life‑changing products, develop key opinion leader networks and directly influence patient access across private and public hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Coloplast’s wound‑care portfolio and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders such as surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals to enhance brand preference.
• Execute the annual business plan, including product evaluations, CMEs, ISPs and RTMs, to build loyalty toward Coloplast products.
• Secure and manage contracts with private and public hospitals, ensuring product availability and rate agreements.
• Gather and relay market intelligence, competitor activity and segmentation insights to the management team.
• Plan daily call routines, document activities in the CRM system and ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts.
• Create transparency in secondary sales by monitoring dealer‑to‑hospital and pharmacy distribution channels.
• Develop productive cross‑functional relationships within the organization to share knowledge and leverage synergies.
• Demonstrate thorough clinical and technical product knowledge when engaging with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical‑device field.
• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or a diploma/degree in sales or marketing management.
• Strong drive and ambition with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Alignment with Coloplast’s mission, vision and values and a commitment to ethical conduct.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM tools for account management and activity tracking.
