About the role
The Territory Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographic area. The role involves managing relationships with channel partners, executing brand‑building initiatives, and ensuring compliance with digital processes and incentive schemes.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and grow business compared to previous performance.
- Maintain regular communication with existing channel partners, support their digital compliance, and recruit new partners to expand capacity.
- Plan and coordinate brand‑building activities such as mechanic meetings, fleet‑owner gatherings, dealer and sub‑dealer events, and visual merchandising.
- Implement company‑wide digital initiatives and enable partners to maximize business benefits.
- Communicate and roll out incentive schemes for dealers, sub‑dealers and sales representatives.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, channel management or territory development.
