Terraform Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Terraform Lead to drive the design, implementation and management of AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. You will lead a DevOps team, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable cloud solutions while fostering talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Build reusable Terraform modules for Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage Terraform state, remote backends, and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure security and compliance of all provisioned resources.
• Design data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Forecast talent needs, hire and train team members, and manage performance.
• Promote diversity, employee engagement, and career progression within the team.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience with Terraform and AWS.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security and compliance standards.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
