Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesearch Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kozhikode. You will engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, present the company’s product and service portfolio, and turn leads into confirmed sales while providing basic support.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new business and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Present product and service offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Handle basic customer support issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule calls and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong sales abilities, including lead conversion, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and professional telephone etiquette.
• Solid customer service experience with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes and share knowledge with teammates.
• Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kozhikode with reliable attendance.
• Minimum high school diploma; post‑secondary education in business, marketing or related field is advantageous.
