Telesales Executive (MSME ZED Certification)

About the role

NRGY PLUS is building a dedicated telesales team to reach micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across India. As a Telesales Executive you will educate business owners about the benefits of ZED Certification and guide them through the initial steps of their certification journey.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using a qualified business database to introduce ZED Certification services.
• Follow provided sales scripts and tailor conversations to each prospect’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospects in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow‑up consultations with senior consultants and track conversion metrics.
• Provide regular feedback on market responses and help refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and preferably Hindi).
• Strong persuasive abilities and comfort with cold‑calling.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle data accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
