About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team, focused on premium kids’ photography. You will contact potential customers (parents), explain our photography services and event details, and convert leads into bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to hot leads (parents’ data provided by the company).
- Explain our kids' brand photoshoot event and available packages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service information.
- Build trust and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings/sales.
- Maintain follow‑up with interested parents and track lead status.
Required profile
- Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.
- Prior telesales or customer service experience.
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a positive mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
