Telesales Executive

About the role

Hospertz India Private Limited is seeking an energetic, confident and target‑oriented Telesales Executive to join its Sales & Business Development team, focusing on healthcare consultancy and turnkey projects.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business leads.
• Identify and qualify potential clients for hospital and healthcare projects.
• Understand client requirements and communicate services effectively.
• Follow up leads via calls, WhatsApp and email, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead databases/CRM regularly.
• Track follow‑ups and ensure timely closure of assigned leads.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, convincing, follow‑up and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience in healthcare, construction, architecture, interior design, real estate or B2B services is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
