Telemarketer – Full-time On-site Role

About the role
This full-time, on-site position is based in Mayur Vihar and focuses on outbound telemarketing. The Telemarketer will engage potential customers, schedule appointments and support the sales pipeline while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone to introduce company services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company’s database.
- Guide qualified prospects through the sales process and hand them over to senior sales staff.
- Provide prompt, courteous service and address basic customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or communication is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and ability to meet targets.
