Telecom Order Management Analyst – Walk‑in Interview

About the role

HCL Technologies is conducting a walk‑in drive for a Telecom Order Management Analyst position in Bangalore. The role involves handling quoting, contracting and order processing for telecom products, interacting with internal sales, vendors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review quoting and contracting data from the sales team and create quotes for new and existing customers.
• Engage with vendors and customers to negotiate rates and propose alternatives.
• Use workflow management tools to process assigned cases and maintain SLA compliance.
• Enter ordering data into order‑to‑cash platforms such as Current Platform, Proposal Manager and Premisys.
• Coordinate with sales, IT and vendor management to ensure timely order submission.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in telecom or networking order management.
• Graduate degree (BS/BE/B.Tech) in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and business‑level proficiency in the local language.
