Sangamam Communications Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join its Tele Calling team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in outbound calling, customer interaction, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts.
• Present product or service information persuasively to generate interest.
• Handle inquiries and provide details about promotions, products, or services.
• Record call outcomes and customer information accurately in the database.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
• Adhere to call scripts, compliance standards, and company protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Ability to engage effectively with individuals over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency for navigating databases and entering call data.
• Eagerness to learn and develop telecalling skills.
