About the role
The Telecalling Executive will handle outbound calls to generate leads, explain products or services, and address customer queries. The role focuses on achieving daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate call records.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain customer and call records.
Required profile
- English proficiency required; Telugu preferred; Hindi/Kannada advantageous.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
Required skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
- Target‑oriented and customer‑focused.
- Basic computer knowledge.
