Telecalling Executive – Inbound & Outbound Sales

About the role

Nkonnect Global Ventures is seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive to join its Hyderabad‑based team. You will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, generate and nurture leads, and support the sales pipeline while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 150 calls per day (inbound and outbound) to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, and ongoing offers fluently in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Generate, nurture, follow up, and close leads to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, call logs, and reports using Google Sheets.
• Respond promptly to customer queries, feedback, and service requests.
• Coordinate daily lead updates and follow‑ups with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure consistent customer service quality in every interaction.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Goal‑oriented, disciplined, confident, and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while meeting daily and monthly targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Google Sheets.
