Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and client follow‑up for our digital asset liquidation and e‑auction services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
• Generate and qualify leads for asset liquidation and e‑auction services.
• Introduce and explain BAH’s services to potential clients.
• Identify businesses with vehicles, machinery, IT assets, scrap, surplus and other assets for sale.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Maintain lead and follow‑up details in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development team.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with business clients.
• Strong follow‑up and convincing abilities.
• Good command of English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; prior telecalling/B2B sales experience is preferred.
