Telecaller (Tally) – Darya Ganj, Delhi

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Telecaller with hands‑on experience in Tally to join our team in Darya Ganj, Delhi. The role focuses on outbound client communication, data verification and supporting finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients for follow‑ups, updates and service verification.
• Record client interactions accurately and update information in Tally and internal databases.
• Assist clients with queries related to billing, payments and account details.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely data synchronization.
• Adhere to internal protocols and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Tally (Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Residing in or near Darya Ganj, Delhi.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid work.
