Telecaller – Sales, Marketing & Recruitment

About the role

SMART Training Resources India Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to support its sales, marketing, and recruitment initiatives. You will engage with potential customers and job seekers, generate leads, promote services, and assist in the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and candidates.
• Handle inbound inquiries about products, training programs, and job opportunities.
• Promote company services and support marketing campaigns.
• Generate, follow up, and convert sales and recruitment leads.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
• Maintain call logs, lead databases, and recruitment records in MS Excel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR teams for smooth daily operations.
• Build and nurture a network of prospects and candidates.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Organizational and record‑keeping competence.
• Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and recruitment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Own a laptop and be based in or willing to relocate to the assigned college campus.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi).
