Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
• Introduce customers to our SaaS-based solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and keep CRM records up to date.
• Support the sales team in driving conversions.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
